Reasons Kerry Is Still A Chowderhead

This is from the March 28, 2005 Time magazine article biasedly titled "The Eternal Optimist." I really hope the staff titled this out of sacrcasm for the narcissitic whiner. Kerry notes:

• "Bush won by the smallest persentage margin ever for an incumbent president." Okay ... Bush won! Move on as your hate filled assisting website is named.
• If "half the people ... at an Ohio State football game," had voted for him he would have won. And if my brother had a different chromosone he would be my sister. At least he didn't refer to it as the Big House or Camp Randall Stadium.
• "Kerry has blamed his strategists for his campaign mistakes." That is my kinda leader, taking medals and responsibility. Or at least the medals.
• And at least it sounds as if he has found the Capitol. It is reprted he is showing up for meeings and woorking the room. It took him 45 minutes to reac as the Twin Towers get hit, and after the election to figure out he is suppossed to be ACTUALLY working.

• watching Sen. Joe Biden (D) Del talk tough and act like a hawk, tells me he is so running for the 08 ticket behind Hillary. She has been working on her defense image by being on the Armed Services Comm. But Biden is a jerk so he won't win. People will not elect someone they don't like.

• way to go to neo-nazis in Germany for protesting the bombing of Dresen 60 years ago. To bad we couldn't of had a renactment by theUSAF and RAF at that time also. And the London Blitz was an example of poor aiming by the Luf., ingrates.
• may Hunter S. Tompson rest in peace, and may there be gallons of scotch waiting.
• to the sickos who prey on children online, the cops will get you.
• Aaron Rodgers of Cal owes Leinhart a couple cases of beer and a car for not going in the draft this year. On the other hand, he will be playing in San Fran, so maybe Leinhart owes him an apology.
• looking back at things, it could be worse, Kerry could have won. Really, that may keep me up tonight. No really, are you aware Gore could have won. By the way dems, drop the whining in Florida and Ohio, you got beat, move on, get a real plan together. But do not think the Republicans are not putting the midterm elections in ind already.
• Keep your eye on the war in Coloumbia, it is going to get really ugly soon. And watch Iraq, I predict some thing major this week, a capture of the Z-man.

Get Rid of the Speed Bump

In a few years, half of my old neighborhood will be a drainage ditch for a "thrilling" and "necessary" 31 Corridor. The strech that will level the Buena Vista and half of Far Hills neighborhoods in Westfield, Indiana will be gone. Just so some whinny communters from Kokomo can get to Indy that much faster because of the traffic. Obviously they have never been on the Dan Ryan in Chicago on Friday at 5 pm. If there is anything that will slow down traffic or the ability to move trade and commerce to northern Indiana, it is obimination that is the experssway through Kokomo. But apparently ol' Dan Burton isn't powerful enough, or doesn't care for a few constiuents. Better yet, how about the growing community of Westfield whose high property taxes are a direct reason we had to choose a house in another town. By asking the businesses, I rephrase, enforcing the public domain clause, Westfield will fall farther behind Carmel and Noblesville. They then will have to offer larger tax breaks to encourage businesses to invest into the fine community once known as Qukertown. I believe you are educated or smart enough to do the math.

So when the whinny commuters complain about a couple traffic lights, think about losing your playground as a child so your commute is a little easier, ingrate.

Dean Will Hurt the Demos

The spin coming from Democratic operatives from Flava to officeholders is denial. Denial that in time he will implode and take the party with him. Dean has a tragic flaw, ego.

1. Terrell Owens has the humility of a Tibetan monk in comparison. The man enjoys talking enough he will draw attention away from the candidates he is trying to support and develop. His job to raise money, he will do well in the grassroots and Hollywood. It is also to geteh message out. Dean will do this to often and bring the attention on himself.
2. The incessant chatter he will provide will eventually come to haunt him. He has that smirk of I am better than you and I will let you know. The legendary scream to his arrogant "I'm-from-a-state-that-if-we-don't'-get-our-way, we-will-jeopardize-the-maple-syrup-and-valentine-Teddy-bear-supply" attitude. He reminds me of the student council wannabe who could never figure why nobody likes him enough to elect him. Sure he had a great core of supporters, but he fails in the big picture.

The Democrats dropped the ball when they had opportunities to bring in Midwestern leadership.

Iraqi Election

May Allah bless the brave Iraqis who voted and understood the value of democracy. Three groups of people who are not happy about the 30th of January:

1. The Sunnis who did not vote out of fear of the attacks. If you believe that excuse, John Kerry was not a puppet of Teddy Kennedy. The Sunnis no show/boycott is a sign of a sore loser like anyone who thought Ohio was rigged. We have a saying around here, "You don't vote, don't complain." The Sunnis pulled a no-show because they have had thier power pulled out from under them and the Shiites will now have power. Majority rules baby, it's called a mandate.
2. The clerics who run the theocray of Iran, the smell of democray will hit the students and the people of Iran. It will take more than their goons to stop them. And don't think there are other local mulhas quaking in their boots like a democrat being ask to be responsible for ther own actions.
3. Finally, all the Ameircans who felt we should have cut and run in Iraq. First, if you felt we have lost "respect" from ceratin Euros, get over it. Not ony did we bail the Euros out, we took their misfits to create our country. I know, I am from many. But there would have been zero street cred with any other oppressed group we could liberate and help. Second, to the nimwit Americans who thought this would not work. If this had been Gore, like he has moxie to pull this off, the neocons would be called nazis. Wait, they already are.

GW will prove in time, tht steadfast, stubborn leadership is what it takes to survive. FDR said, "We have notheing to fear, but fear itself." We stuck by him and he pulled us out of the Depression, Pearl Harbor & WWII. Get it together America, the game is afoot.

It is not the end of the world, and I still feel fine.

I read an article from Gerad Bakerof the Times of London, this morning on line.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,1072-1449673,00.html. The article talks about the idea that America maybe in the decline of power. Baker disagrees with that notion, and I also. But I wonder, when is our turning point? Looking back at other great powers, when did they decline?

• Soviet Union: this is debatable, some could say the Cuban Missle Crisis or later failures in Afghanistan. Or even glasnost. I could play it safer and say the start of Stalin's regime and its ineffective economic policy that the country never recovered from.
• Rome: the dissent into hedonism, the reliance on other armies to fight your battles. Mercenaries back then had a rep of not enough heart. I actually would say the acceptance of Christianity by Constatine. Contrite to the liberals, yes I am calling some of them out, Christianity is a faith based on love not the acceprtance of a pagans existence as Jupiter once told them to live. The Crusades were different, that was terrible logistics and a good old fashioned religious war won by a more motivcated force.
• Sparta: time, and its inability to adjust. You cannot kill babies like they did, not embrace the arts and rely on a slave abor force to survive, ask the confederacy on the last. By the way, Johnny Reb, the war is over, you lost, get over it!
• dynasties of China: that was cyclical and Chairman Mao. Every dynasty would end when a strong leader left and weak could not stop the inside warlords. But the inevitable weak military after the grueling war with Japan, allowed Mao to build a base and support to help those in need. Free Tibet by the way!
• Germany, 3rd Reich: a clinical example of why you don't' fight a two front war, and why you cannot defeat a industrially superior country in a conventional war. Germany was flat out beat down by US industrial/military strength and will. Through an very poorly planned Operation Barbarossa and Hitler's meddling in military affairs, led to their downfall. Had someone like Rommel gained control of Germany, the Iron Curtain could have been moved back a few hundred miles.
• the British Empire: No disrespect to our allies on the other end of the pond, but the WWI and WWII brought an end to colonialism. Ghandi brilliantly used civil disobedience to stop the Brits.
• the 49ers: salary cap
• Democrats: "It doesn't play in Peoria" to quote Scarborough

So fear not America your grandchildren are fine, for now.
